The pieces are falling together in a big way for a big recruit for West Virginia.

Tolu Finau, father of Mountaineer prospect Tevita Finau, said Thursday that the Mountaineer coaching staff has mailed a letter-of-intent to the 6-foot-5, 275 defensive lineman, and that "T" plans to fax it back to Morgantown when it arrives this weekend.
