The Duke Blue Devils 2009 recruiting class appeared to be close to completion with only a small number of targets remaining on their list. Over the weekend, David Cutcliffe and his coaching staff got a surprise, adding a 27th name to their haul when a three-star receiver flipped his commitment to Duke from a fellow Atlantic Coast Conference member according to sources.
