KU hopes to part the red sea
At times, life in the Big 12, especially on the road, can be brutal. At another times, a team will breeze through the conference with just three or four losses. This season, Kansas (15-4; 4-0) won its first four league games by an average of 17-points per contest. The Jayhawks will look to keep their perfect record intact when they travel to Lincoln, Neb., on Wednesday to face the Nebraska Cornhuskers (12-6; 2-3) at 6:30 CST.
Nebraska hasn't defeated Kansas since February 15, 2004, which occurred during Bill Self's first season at Kansas. Playing in Lincoln, the Cornhuskers ran past the Jayhawks, 74-55. The previous NU win was 64-59 on Feb. 10, 1999, in Lawrence.
