Browne in attack mode
EVANSTON-Vince Browne only knows one way to go about his business when it comes to Northwestern football. Whether it's on the field, in the weight room, in film study or rehab, the 6-foot-5, 270-pound sophomore defensive end is always in the attack mode.
Therefore, it was no real surprise to find the Lisbon, Ohio native suited up for the Alamo Bowl in late December, roughly two months after tearing the lateral collateral ligament in his left knee while trying to change direction on a kickoff at Minnesota.
