The top safety in the country is Los Angeles (Calif.) Dorsey's Rahim Moore and he will be on campus at Michigan in two weeks. Yet, considering Michigan's need at that position and his lofty ranking, Moore's name is not one discussed much outside of the state of California, primarily because he is a UCLA commitment.
