The signing of class of 2008 quarterback Terrelle Pryor with Ohio State earlier this week now officially gives Michigan the opportunity to move forward at the quarterback position in the class of 2009 and one of their top targets is Chesapeake (Va.) Western Branch's Kevin Newsome.
