Michigan added the verbal commitment of Youngstown (Ohio) Liberty safety Isaiah Bell on Monday, but he is not the only prospect at that school the Wolverines are pursuing. Running back Fitzgerald Toussaint (5-10, 185 pounds) also picked up an offer from Michigan last week.
