South Florida is the latest team to offer Cincinnati (Ohio) Wyoming defensive lineman Jibreel Black. Now with 22 total scholarship offers to his credit, the 6-2, 260-pound Black is now starting to formulate a group of favorites and hopes to complete that list by the end of the school year.
