Louisville, Ohio athlete Bobby Swigert now holds close to 15 scholarship offers, but that does not mean he is expecting each new offer that comes through. Last Thursday, Michigan mailed an offer to the 6-1, 175-pound Swigert and that news definitely caught him off guard.
