Analysis: Looking at recent coaching, personnel moves
Michigan head coach Brady Hoke announced a number of changes this week, shuffling coaches and moving players to different positions. Some experts weigh in on the moves and what they mean for the Wolverines.
First things first: for all the talk about Michigan being "back" after Hoke's first year, an 11-2 and Sugar Bowl championship season, it's clear there have still been some personnel deficiencies. Young talent getting older will address some of that, but a few positions - including linebacker and defensive line - have got to be better.
