Freddy Canteen: Canteen ignited Eastern Christian Academy's (6-1) offense in a 32-29 comeback victory over St. Ignatius (Ohio), catching five passes for 139 yards (27.8 yards per reception) and two touchdowns In his last three games, Canteen has stockpiled 264 receiving yards and four scores on 12 grabs (22.0 yards per reception) The Honey Badgers travel to Phoenixville (Pa.) Noah Furbush: Furbush was a dominant force for Kenton's (7-0) defense in a 48-2 win over Elida, totaling 12 tackles, including three for loss Furbush has collected 68 tackles, 14 tackles for loss, three sacks and a forced fumble this year The Wildcats aim to remain undefeated when Bath visits Oct. 18.
Lawrence Marshall: Marshall was sidelined with an injury, but Southfield (6-1) snuck past Rochester Adams 14-7 The Blue Jays host Southfield-Lathrup Oct. 18.

Chase Winovich: Winovich registered five tackles and a sack on defense, and added a 46-yard touchdown pass and 49-yard touchdown run on offense in Thomas Jefferson's (7-0) intimidating 35-0 victory over Belle Vernon On the season, Winovich has piled up 50 tackles, including 10 for loss and nine sacks, forced five fumbles and accounted for 10 offensive touchdowns The Jaguars look to protect home field against Uniontown Oct. 18.

Tyree Kinnel: Kinnel forced a fumble alongside five tackles for a stingy Wayne (6-1) defense in a tough 14-10 victory over Beavercreek In 2013, Kinnel has recorded 43 tackles, forced a fumble and returned an interception for a score The Warriors entertain Centerville Oct. 18.
John Runyan Jr.: St. Joseph's (5-1) netted 333 yards of offense in the first half and held off La Salle for a 35-28 win The Hawks will be tested by Father Judge at home Oct. 19.
