Juwan Bushell-Beatty: Bushell-Beatty's work in the trenches helped Paramus Catholic (9-2) edge past Don Bosco Prep 21-20 The Knights vie for a state championship against St. Peter's Prep Dec. 6 at MetLife Stadium.
Freddy Canteen: Eastern Christian Academy (8-3) had a bye week The Honey Badgers return to action at home against St. Frances Academy Nov. 28.
Mason Cole: East Lake (12-0) rushed for 194 yards in a 45-0 conquest of Pinellas Park The Eagles' quest for a state title continues against Port Charlotte Nov. 29.
Noah Furbush: Furbush made seven tackles, including two for loss, and Kenton (13-0) held on for a 46-43 victory over Bryan This season, Furbush has notched 110 tackles, 24 tackles for loss, six sacks and four fumble recoveries The Wildcats combat Clinton-Massie Nov. 30 in an OHSAA semifinal matchup.
Jabrill Peppers: Peppers returned the opening kickoff 96-yards for a score, snagged a 32-yard touchdown pass, and recorded four tackles, including one sack, to lead Paramus Catholic (9-2) to a 21-20 win over rival Don Bosco Prep The Knights battle St. Peter's Prep for the New Jersey state title at MetLife Stadium Dec. 6.
Brandon Watson: Eastern Christian Academy (8-3) enjoyed a bye week The Honey Badgers entertain St. Frances Academy Nov. 28.
George Campbell: Campbell caught a 13-yard pass in East Lake's (12-0) 45-0 decimation of Pinellas Park Campbell has collected 24 receptions for 450 yards (18.8 yards per reception) and three touchdowns as a junior The Eagles make a third-straight trip to the regional finals when they host Port Charlotte Nov. 29.
Shaun Crawford: Crawford stopped nine ball carriers, including two behind the line of scrimmage, to ignite St. Edwards (11-1) to a 28-0 rout of Austintown-Fitch The Eagles continue their playoff run against Mentor Nov. 30.
Damien Harris:Harris rumbled for 149 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries (8.8 yards per carry), but Madison Southern (10-2) suffered a season-ending 32-28 loss to Pulaski County Harris totaled 2,797 rushing yards and 41 scores as a junior.
Tyree Kinnel: Kinnel registered 11 tackles, including two for loss, but Wayne (11-2) saw its season end in a 37-7 loss to Hilliard Davidson Kinnel finished the year with 88 tackles, two forced fumbles and five interceptions.
John Runyan Jr.: Runyan's blocking helped St. Joseph (8-3) gain more than 250-total yards in a 24-20 loss to Malvern Prep The Hawks hope to bounce back in first-round playoff action against Parkland Nov. 30.
