You should know that there is no universal theory to explain what brought about the big bang, but the studies of antimatter dark energy are bringing us closer. Do you suggest we just give up and say God did it and stop looking? What if this singularity always existed? It works for God why not the universe. The problem with stating there is a god is that it brings infinite transgression. If the universe needed a creator because of it's complexity, then so does God.
