In your February 10th article on re-evaluating the 2003 recruiting class I took offense to a comment you made about Pat Sharrow. You referred to him as leaving the program in an unscrupulous way. Mr. Sharrow unfortunately had to end his playing days early because of a career ending injury he sustained from a house fire. The same house fire that almost claimed Jake Long's life. Your comment is inaccurate and down right disrespectful to a man that still lives in downtown Ann Arbor and wears his 'M' ring every Saturday in the fall. He is a Michigan Man right down to his core and a few men you named in this article stood up in his wedding this past summer. A wedding that Lloyd Carr attended. There was nothing unglorified about Pat Sharrow's exit from the program and I think you need to make the necessary adjustments to your article. |

Michael, I don't know who's responsible for my continued blacklisting...however I would like to know if there is an end date. I can't really tell you the date it began but it could have been as much as 8-10 months ago. If it's to continue I would like to know so I can cancel my 10 year $99/yr subscription. Michael- When you state that a positive trait(eg "leadership") cannot be undervalued, you are using that term improperly. You mean that it SHOULD not be undervalued or cannot be OVERvalued. Your description of Jordan Kovacs serves as an example of this. |
