but is the source talking about the players or the coaches not knowing how to fix it?  i think this program has really struggled to find a leader since porter and kolarik left.  the Hagelin Rust Caparusso recruiting was a great one, but i don't think they ever embraced the leadership role the way they should have and it's just carried on and made the problem we have today.

Treais is going to carry a legacy that he's not going to want.  i almost think making him the Captain for the year was a big mistake.  Would it have caused to big a wave to make bennett the Captain even though he's a junior?

that was a great leadership group. 

your point, you have way more access than i do.  I guess i just attributed the lack of leadership to the often struggles the team had the last couple years they were here before having great runs to close the season.

I know they weren't dominant but that was a darn good team for most of the year. 

he was referring to the team dynamic in that every time they think they do something right, they flounder the next time, and so they really don't know how to put it together.
