I know you are very focused on the goalie- but the players in front of any of them are not doing them any favors.  Horrible pasing + terrible defensive coverage- any goalie will have a lot of issues.  For the freshman pair- it's like Sauer's first year- little to no support which caused huge confidence headaches.

Right now, I'm not as much worried about Racine, Rutledge, or Janecyk as much as Moffie, Trouba, and most of the forwards who are cheating, and not moving around.

If I were Red, I would sit down with Lee, take the A off of his sweater, and tell him to think back to last year, and play like that.  Don't worry about the team, play the game you know how to play.  Trouba- he's a killer on offense, but his liabilty on D is making it tough on the team- to his defense, I think he's really trying to get better there.  What I would tell him- stop trying to lay someone out, and focus on just good checking right now.  Opportunities will come where you can cleanly lay someone out- just focus on base coverage...

Offensively, calm down.  It's almost as if they are trying to do too much, which stops them from doing anything until it's too late.  You see that on the PP, when they are wating way too long to move the puck AND they are not moving around much.  Instead of hoping the other team makes a mistake, just move the puck until a shot arises- sometimes by luck (Trouba's goal on Saturday was partially due to good coverage on Treais).

Not being a coach, I'm not sure how you get a message like that across.  But if the ice play is better, I would harbor a guess that the goalie play will improve as well.
