Too bad he had to miss tonight's game, but it was nice of him to arrange for Chris Pronger to take his place in our lineup. Good grief!

I liked only 9 SOG allowed in the last 2 periods (even if 3 of them went in).

He's going to be awesome.

Funny that I never got that concerned that his defensive play wasn't very good at the beginning of the season- I thought I could see him trying to get better.  And I think I was right, since he's gotten so much better in our zone.

Interesting last night- he drew two penalties as opposed to getting any.  And the first one he draw- he did a great job making it worse looking by bringing his stick up, which drew the stick right up to his head.  I know it wasn't intentional, but looking in slo-mo, it looked it... ;)

My highlight goal was his first.  While it's great to see his BOMBs from the blue line are awesome, that first goal where he faked a slap shot, which seemed to freeze the goalie and the defender was brilliant.

depends on the criteria.

As a defensive defensman, he still has some work to do.  Offensively, certainly one of the best.
