I have 5 non-conference games for sale at face value, 2 tickets per game.  These are my season tickets in section 224, row 37 (between mid-court and free-throw line, upper bowl):

Northern Michigan, Thurs Nov 1, 7pm: $5 per ticket
NIT Tip-Off Game 1 v IUPUI, Mon Nov 12, 9pm: $10 per ticket
NIT Tip-Off Game 2 v CSU/BGSU, Tues Nov 13, 8pm, $10 per ticket
Binghamton, Tues Dec 11, 7pm: $10 per ticket
Eastern Michigan, Dec 20,  8:30pm: $10 per ticket

If you want all 5 games (2 tickets per game), I'll sell them all for $70 ($20 off face value).
