Season offers program a beginning

Sometimes, after the final game of the season, it's best to just let the head coach begin. Kansas State coach Bill Snyder did exactly that on Saturday after the Wildcats' 17-3 loss at No. 25 Nebraska. He talked about the sadness that the team couldn't deliver a Big 12 North Division championship to its seniors, as mistakes prevented "a very fine opportunity for our program." He talked about underclassmen stepping up in 2010. Then Snyder's thoughts trailed back to the team's indoor practice facility in Manhattan.
