Shrine Bowl MVP Parks earns another accolade

It has been a season of broken records and honors for Mount Ulla (N.C.) West Rowan running back Kevin Parks Jr.. The 5-foot-7, 200-pound back holds North Carolina High School records for career rushing yards, rushing yards in a season, number of carries, and 100-yard games, not to mention finishing his career with back-to-back state titles. On Saturday, Parks rushed for 98 yards and a touchdown and was named offensive MVP of The Shrine Bowl in North Carolina's win over South Carolina. And the accolades keep coming.
