Turner talks Buckeyes

After his Youngstown Ursuline team won a state championship in 2008, Jamel Turner made waves by donning an Ohio State sweatshirt after the game. Shortly thereafter he officially committed to the Buckeyes, and all seemed right for him. However Turner then ran into some problems, and had to transfer down to Fork Union Military Academy. Now the former Ohio star is only a matter of months from being back in the Buckeye State for good.

The last year has been a trying time for Turner. In order to make sure he would qualify to play at Ohio State he decided to transfer from Ursuline high school to Fork Union. While it hasn't been easy, it has been a good experience for him.
