KU, CU will battle for spot in title game

Kansas City -- The stage was set for an unforgettable showdown on Friday night. Kansas and Kansas State were bound to square off for the third time this season, with the winner advancing to Saturdays Big 12 Tournament Championship. While KU slipped past OSU, 63-62, in the first quarterfinal game of the day on Thursday, KSU, for the third time this season, fell to Colorado, 87-75. Now, Bill Self and the Jayhawks will look to make it three straight over the Buffaloes this season.
