K-State spring breakdown: DB

The Kansas State defensive secondary returns an abundance of experience at safety but enters the spring in need of a couple cornerbacks following the departure of Stephen Harrison and Terrance Sweeney, who ranked second and 12th in the Big 12 in passes defended last season. Whatever transpires, keep playmaker David Garrett in mind. The senior returns a team-leading 92 tackles and always seems to be around the ball. His leadership should bode well for a group on the mend.
