Wildcats limp through loss at OU

NORMAN, Okla. -- The student section featured a lonely gentleman in a banana suit and about 40 of his classmates. The rest of the Lloyd Noble Center stands were less patchy but just as relaxed. It was just another lazy basketball Saturday in football country. The successful NBA franchise down the street has hurt crowds at Oklahoma games. And just hours before the Thunder hosted the New York Knicks at Oklahoma City's Ford Center, the Sooners hurt No. 18 Kansas State in a half-full building.
