Hutchinson Community College (Kan.) wide receiver Coradarrelle Patterson is fed up with the process.
He is tired of the traveling, the phone calls, and just the pressure in general.
Lucky for him, it is almost over as the JUCO star will be making his decision a week from today.
"I'm going to make my decision the night before Signing Day," said Patterson. "ESPN is going to film it and it will play on Signing Day."
Patterson has taken official visits to Ole Miss, Tennessee, LSU, Georgia, and Auburn, and, while he has narrowed things down, he is playing things close to the vest.
"I'm considering all of the schools that I have visited," said Patterson. "I have a top three, but I'm not going to put that out there just yet."
There has been some speculation that Patterson may want to stay close to home at the next level because he has a close relationship with his mother.
According to the four-star prospect, that may or may not be true.
"I've been gone for two years," said Patterson. "So she is used to that I think. I don't really know if it will make a difference or not. Probably not, but that is kind of up to her really and what she thinks."
As someone who is worn out due to the hustle and bustle of the recruiting process, Patterson is ready for it to all be over.
"I'm glad it will be over soon," he said. "These calls and texts are just, I don't know, getting old."
