Wildcats escape Baylor with needed win

WACO, Texas -- Kansas State, in desperate need of a resume-enhancing victory to improve its NCAA Tournament chances, knew coming to Baylor and winning on the home court of the ninth-ranked Bears would not be an easy task. And clinging to a 57-56 lead for the victory in the final minutes proved to be anything but simple for the Wildcats on Saturday at Baylor's Ferrell Center.
