Inside The Huddle: Offense coming together

There is clearly a battle unfolding for the No. 2 spot at quarterback behind 4 year starter, Trent Steelman.

Santiago (Angel) is holding Schurr (AJ) off, but it is close," shared offensive coordinator Ian Shields, but warned fans not to quick to assume that another frosh won't eventually be in the mix .... now or down the road and that's 6-foot-3, 215 pound Kelvin White.

"White is doing great, an excellent prospect as well. Schurr is the fastest
and most elusive of the bunch, also an excellent decision maker."

Another newcomer like Schurr and White who initially came into the program via the USMAPS and as a quarterback is , DeAndre Bell.
