Seniors misfire on beating KU in Bramlage

So many thoughts likely spun through the head of Kansas State senior Rodney McGruder as he sat there at Bramlage Coliseum in the aftermath of the 11th-ranked Wildcats' 59-55 loss to No. 3 Kansas on Tuesday night. Five points separated K-State, which fell to 15-3 overall and 4-1 in the Big 12 Conference, from toppling its third ranked foe in 31 days. None would've been bigger than defeating the Jayhawks, 17-1 and 5-0, during one last go-around for the Wildcats' senior players in Manhattan.
