Colorado drops the ball against OSU

BOULDER, Colo. - The Colorado Buffaloes' shot at tying the school's all-time wins mark in a single season fell painfully short on Saturday as they fell to visiting Oregon State 64-58 in underwhelming fashion.

Spencer Dinwiddie was the only Buff in double figures and led the way with 18 points, five rebounds and five steals. Roberto Nelson scored 15 second half points for the Beavers, who also got 17 points and 10 rebounds from Eric Moreland.

Senior Day got off to a fitting start, as Chen led the Buffs in scoring with seven points (he finished with nine) at the half for the first time in his career but the energy and excitement dwindled as the afternoon wore on.
