Perine Getting at Home in Norman

While Oklahoma continues to work to receive a commitment from a second running back in the 2014 class, they already have one talented running back committed in four-star, Samaje Perine out of Pflugerville (Texas) Hendrickson. The 5-foot-11 and 233-pound back had taken trips to Norman back in February as well as March and returned yet again for a third time in consecutive months for the Red/White Spring Game back on April 13.

Perine came up with his parents along with teammates in cornerback, Trai Mosley and safety, Jordan Washington as well as Hutto, Texas wide receiver prospect, Darryl Harrison. After being in Norman quite often recently, the Rivals250 prospect says the visit went a lot like the ones before.

"Oh yes it was pretty much the same," Perine began about how the visit went. "We got up there and coach (Cale) Gundy talked with us a little bit. Got a chance to talk with Keith Ford and Justice (Hansen) a little bit and just got a chance to hang around with those guys before the game. And got to go around and talk to the players once again and it was just a great experience."
