Everson favors four

The Detroit Public School Leagues were brought into national focus when the Super Bowl came to Detroit in January because two of its alumni, Jerome Bettis (MacKenzie) and Larry Foote (Pershing), played in the game. The top player in the class of 2006 out of the state of Michigan was also from the PSL and in 2007, Detroit Mumford's Cedric Everson hopes he can hold that distinction for his league two years in a row.
