2009 Intro: Junior Cadougan

Junior Cadougan, a 5-11, 170-pound point guard, is a rare talent, a true basketball prodigy that has been placed in a setting that will help him reach his goals on the court.


At the Community Christian School, an elite basketball academy in suburban Atlanta, Cadougan competes against top-tier talent on a game-to-game basis, which has helped raise the bar of his already impressive game.


"It's incredible what he does. It's really tremendous in terms of the attention he gained as a freshman," said Cadougan's head coach, Linzy Davis. "He's absolutely special, quite possibly the No. 1 freshman in the country."


In 2005-2006, Cadougan manned the starting point guard post for Community Christian as a freshman, averaging 21 points, 9 assists, and 3 steals per game, in leading the Knights to a combined record of 48-2, along with the NEAA (National Elite Athletic Association) national championship.
