Workout Insider: Rolle welcomes pressure

The pressure of being a true freshman competing for a starting job in Florida State's secondary. The pressure of living up to high expectations -- his own and the ones coming from media and fans.

"Yeah, I saw a couple magazines had me as the ACC's top newcomer and Sports Illustrated had me as an All-American as a freshman," Rolle said after Wednesday's voluntary workout. "I don't think that is a negative thing. I take it as a plus. I take it as people recognizing my abilities and seeing the types of things I can do on the field. That is something I want to use as motivation to keep trying to be the best player I can possibly be on the field."

Rolle has pursued that goal vigorously from the moment he graduated early from high school and enrolled at Florida State this past January.
