Texas LB getting noticed

Some players don't have to take in that many camps to get noticed by regional coaching staffs. Garland, Texas linebacker Jermaine Love hasn't even taken in a Nike Camp, and yet his stock is rising fast.

No doubt a help to his cause, is setting the record for North Garland High School for tackles in a season at 140 stops. Those stats and an imposing frame have Love picking up offers from all over the country.

"I got nine offers so far. Most recent is UNLV, Indiana, San Diego State, and Texas Tech," Love said.

Though not listed as a favorite, Love is certainly aware of the Red Raiders now that their offer is on the table.
