Iowa State among five offers for RB
It has been a fairly quiet summer for Jacksonville (Tex.) running back Carmon Boyd-Anderson. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound back opted out of attending summer camps or taking unofficial visits in favor of working on his game and attending a local speed camp. He expects the extra effort in the off-season to lead to a strong showing in his senior season.
Boyd-Anderson currently holds scholarship offers from Nebraska, Iowa, Iowa State, Missouri, Kansas and Kansas State.
"I'm still pretty much open to any college because I haven't gone and visited them and see what the surroundings of the school are," he said. "I don't want to jump into something where I don't know where I am going or what type of program they are running. I probably will take all official visits during the school year."
