Randolph taking things slow
Anthony Randolph was a virtual unknown 15 months ago in Little Rock. Since that time, he has become one of the top 10 prospects in the 2007 class. With that type of rise up the national rankings, recruiting has come fast and furious for the 6-foot-10 small forward.
Programs such as North Carolina, Texas, Illinois, Connecticut, Arizona, Louisville, Kansas, Memphis and Georgetown are in pursuit of the No. 7-ranked player in the 2007 class.
While no official decision has been made on an official visit schedule, a visit to Austin is likely the weekend of September 9. Randolph is entertaining offers from Texas, Kansas, Georgetown, Memphis, North Carolina, Illinois, Connecticut, Arizona, Louisville and Baylor amongst others.
