Day 17 practice recap

Once again, the sky was a crystal blue and the sun was shining in Corvallis for this afternoon's practice. I am getting almost tired of starting off each of the practice reports like that, but even Coach Riley commented how excellent the weather has been for fall camp thus far. Too bad recruits aren't allowed to take official visits in August!

The flow of the drills was similar to that of the earlier fall practices, with an increased emphasis on the players who would be seeing the bulk of the action. It is time to make sure the starters and back-ups are ready for duty as the team begins preparing for Eastern Washington. Since everyone is probably tired of hearing how good Matt Moore and Yvenson Bernard look, I'll stick to a few brief observations:
