Sweetness for Wake Forest

Wake basketball recruiting has been pretty quiet up until last week. All summer you could have heard a pin drop because things were silent and depressing. No news had come. There had been no commitments made but with patience and good recruiting Skip Prosser and his staff have landed their second four star prospect this week. Indianapolis (IN) point guard Jeff Teague has decided to choose Wake Forest as his home for his college career.

Teague, 6-foot-1, 170-pounds will bring some serious talent to an already young and talented Wake basketball squad. Outstanding play has made Teague one of the hottest prospects on the recruiting scene this summer. Several schools became very interested in the explosive baller but only two made the final cut. Indiana and Wake have been the main two schools in Teague's recruiting for the past few weeks and after today there is only one place Teague will even think about.
