Crimson Tide happy to be 2-0

Despite seeing his offense struggle for the second straight week, Alabama head coach Mike Shula was upbeat and optimistic about his team's 13-10 win over SEC foe Vanderbilt.

"We got our second win which was big," Shula said. "We know we've got to do better. We've got to run the ball better, we've got to protect the ball better and we've got to score touchdowns in plus territory. We knew going into the game that they weren't going to give up big plays. Our defense played well other than the one drive at the end of the first half where we had a couple guys out of place.
