SC takes back Rose Bowl

When it comes to the Rose Bowl, no team has gone to (31) or won more (22) of those big games in Pasadena than the Trojans. But after falling to Texas and UCLA, mighty USC had lost its last two games in the fabled stadium.

A 32-18 drubbing of Michigan stopped the two game skid and served as the cherry on top of a nice rebuilding year for the Trojans.

Many of the Trojan defenders said they wanted their side of the ball to get on the field first and set the tone for the game. When USC won the toss and deferred to the second half, the players got their wish and didn't disappoint.
