No holding Holloway back

If there is a game being played, Murphy Holloway wants to be in it. Regulated to spectator role at the Chick-Fil-A Classic in Columbia, S.C. two weeks ago, the 6-foot-6, 210-pound forward from Dutch Fork in Irmo, S.C. could only watch.

And that just ate him up, sitting on the wooden bleachers in street clothes.

In a nutshell, that is Holloway. Always the competitor, the four-star junior will play anyone, anywhere. Nearly halfway through his junior season, Holloway is averaging 26 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks a game. And that is a good reason why a number of high-majors are getting in line to recruit the No. 61 ranked player in the class of 2008.
