Patterson had leader, but now more open

If the pressures of the recruiting process are starting to weigh on Patrick Patterson, he's sporting his best "poker face" to conceal it.

The five-star power forward from Huntington (W.Va.) High School made a trip to UK on Saturday to play against Lexington Catholic in front of an enthusiastic crowd of 6,214 at Memorial Coliseum. After delivering a workmanlike 16 points, 10 rebounds and six blocked shots in a 97-64 victory, Patterson fielded questions about his recruitment with the same low-key approach he's had from the start of the process.
