Badgers courting nearby DT
About two weeks ago the Wisconsin Badgers held a junior day, hosting prospects from the Midwest and beyond.
Sean Cwynar, a 6-foot-4, 280-pound defensive line prospect out of Woodstock, Ill., was one of the elite Midwest prospects on campus Feb. 3. According to The Rivals250 to watch Class of 2008 member, he came away impressed with the Badgers' program, especially his recruiter and possible future position coach Randall McCray.
Wisconsin isn't the only stop Cwynar has made along the junior day trail. He said that he attended other junior days at Iowa and Notre Dame, while he might travel to Michigan State, Northwestern or Virginia on Saturday, Feb. 24, and on Saturday, March 3 he plans to be at Purdue followed by a return trip to Notre Dame on Sunday, March 4.
