Browne's knee rehab is on fast track

Vincent Browne has always excelled on the gridiron, so it should be no surprise that the recent Northwestern signee is way ahead of the curve in rehabilitating his knee.

His goal is the same today as it was the day after the injury. "I want to be 100 percent by the time I leave for Camp Kenosha in August," he said.

Northwestern's special teams could certainly use a jolt from a player like Browne. But whether it's next season or the season after that, he's going to make an impact on the defensive line for the Wildcats - although there is still some uncertainty about exactly where he will play.
