Auburn offense moving forward

Auburn entered spring with a lot of question marks on offense but finished with a bang, putting up big numbers in the A-Day game and final scrimmage.

Overall, Auburn offensive coordinator Al Borges was pleased with the progress.

"We got a lot done in the spring," said Borges. "I was very happy with how we finished up.

"There were no areas I was blatantly disappointed in but I would like to get one, maybe two more receivers to step up to the plate with more consistency."

Borges was pleased with the play of returning starter Rod Smith and slot receiver Robert Dunn but would like to see more consistency from the other wideout position.
