Habersham Central Head Coach Bob Cathcart has had the pleasure of coaching and getting to know Tavarres King. King is a leader for Coach Cathcart and he does all he can do for him and the Raider football team. Coach Cathcart is very proud of King on and off the field and it showed on Friday afternoon.

After briefly breaking down at the podium before King made his decision, the Habersham Central Head Coach sat down with UGASports.com to talk about King and give the Georgia fans a good idea of what they are getting in Tavarres.

Coach Cathcart really breaks down who King is, what Georgia is getting, how good he can be, what kind of player he is, and more. Don't miss this exclusive interview on UGASports TV.

If you could not watch the interview on UGASports TV at this time, then here are a few quotes from Coach Cathcart.

"Well, without question he has become unbelievably special kid to our coaching staff and his teammates. I think the first thing Georgia is getting is getting is a quality young man. He is as quality of a young man as I have ever been around."

"He is not just a great player, but he is a teammate, a brother to his teammates, and a selfless guy. We have had the type of team here that if teams single him up, then he beats them, but if they double him, then we try to run the ball down their throats because of the numbers advantage."

"He has never flinched about that. He is not a has to have touches guy and I just think Georgia is getting a guy that is the total package. He is not just a great player, but he is an even greater person."
