Longo makes his decision
The Georgia Bulldogs added another commitment for 2008 this afternoon this time from defensive end Jeremy Longo from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida (Cardinal Gibbons High School). Longo had received offers from many top colleges including several in the SEC, but decided this afternoon to end the speculation and commit to Georgia.
"I am now a Georgia Bulldog," said Longo of his commitment. "Georgia is a top of the line program and I will be playing in the SEC which is the best brand of football. The facilities are excellent and I really like the coaching staff. I spent time with coaches Willie Martinez, John Jancek, Jon Fabris, and I just committed to head coach Mark Richt. The staff overall is great and I already feel like I am part of the family."
