Everette Brown is a hulk with a heart
As the chiseled 250-pound sophomore walked off the practice field following summer workouts, flecked with sand from a tumble in the sand pit, Everette Brown mentioned that he'd be driving to spend the next day at a camp for children with muscular dystrophy.
"I don't mind if it's just going and reading to kids or working with kids with muscular dystrophy," he said. "It's all the same to me. I feel like I have a lot to offer and a lot to give back to the community. Even though I didn't grow up here, I still have to reach out to the kids and be a role model.
