What's Harrison Jeffers been up to lately?
For those scared of Mike Leach's Air Raid offense, the future doesn't look good. In years past, Leach has done his damage mostly through the air, and with somewhat sub-par talent. However, more than ever, Tech is showing signs of becoming a more balanced and a more dangerous offense. Take a look at the Red Raiders' backfield and try to think of the last time in Leach's tenure that such a stable of backs existed. Not too shabby for an offense that critics claim is one-dimensional. Well, that stable is about to get a little more crowded in 2008, thanks to '08 commit Harrison Jeffers.
Jeffers, a four-star recruit, is widely thought to be one of the most, if not the most, talented running back to pledge his services to Tech since Leach arrived.
Jeffers, who received a Cowboy offer after his camp performance, says the days of him being anything less than a 100% committed to Tech are over.
