Macklin needs to give everything against Buckeyes

Huskies offensive line coach Mike Denbrock likes what he's seen from right tackle Chad Macklin so far this season. "Chad's been excellent so far this fall. He did a great job in the off season of really addressing some weaknesses that he had in his game that we felt like he needed to improve on. And he's really stepped up and taken on the challenge and done some great things," Denbrock said today.

Chad Macklin is an imposing figure at six foot eight and 300 pounds, he and the rest of the Washington offensive line are a solid part of this year's tuned up machine, which is at 2-0 for the first time since head coach Tyrone Willingham has been in the drivers seat. Husky Digest had a chance to speak with Macklin today about the season up to this point and the biggest challenge to face the Huskies yet in Ohio State's intimidating defensive line.
